Gravity

Jeremiah 31:3

The LORD appeared to him from afar, saying,

“I have loved you with an everlasting love;

Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.”

The Lord‘s love for you and me is like gravity - it’s always there, it never fails and it’s always pressing down upon us.

But also like gravity we can easily take it for granted and forget that it’s there. And so we must remind ourselves that the Lord‘s love for you and me is everlasting - just like gravity.
